At CatholicCare Sydney, we're looking for a passionate Crew Coordinator to support our social enterprises, namely at our BariStars Coffee Van, Cleaning and Gardening Services.
Where you'll work alongside employees with disability, helping them build skills, confidence and independence in the workplace.

About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Manager, you will coordinate daily operations across our enterprise services, supporting employees with disability while ensuring quality service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the operation of our BariStars Coffee Van, including coffee preparation and customer service
OR
Supporting and supervising cleaning or gardening crews across various sites
- Training, mentoring and supporting employees with disability in their day-to-day work
- Coordinating schedules, workflows and team activities
- Supporting employees to achieve individual development and employment goals
- Promoting safe work practices and maintaining service standards
About You
You are someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping others succeed.
You will bring:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning, customer service or a related industry
- Experience in working alongside people with disabilities or have a passion in it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion
- Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety practices
Essential Requirements
- Unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Experience in hospitality or cleaning or a customer-focused environment
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, cleaner or gardener
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities
