Bungalow Neighbourhood Social is looking for casual bar supervisors with at least one year of supervisory / management experience working in a bar environment
We need someone ready to start as soon as possible in preparation for the summer season.
The Role
Bungalow is an established popular venue in Dunsborough specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, sourdough wood fired pizza, natural wine and craft beer and cocktails
The preferred candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, must be able to work under pressure, and in fast-paced environment and confident to apply RSA and service refusal procedures.
The position is generally staffed as casual and must have flexible hours.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Be friendly and polite with a high level of customer service.
Using our eftpos system and tills.
Apply RSA guidleines
Refuse service to intoxicated or undesirable patrons.
Work with speed and confidence behind the bar
Occasionally open up / or close the venue in Venue Manager's absence
