- Temp role based in Sydney or Bathurst – frequent travel required (approx. 2 days in the office and travel to registration appointments throughout the week)
- Full-time, temporary 6-month contract with opportunity for longer term
About the role
Join us as a Greyhound Registration Officer, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of greyhound racing in NSW through the microchipping and nose print registration of greyhounds. Working across the region, you'll ensure accurate identification of records, support industry participants with regulatory requirements, and assist with other integrity functions as needed.
About You
You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role. You have strong communication skills, can build positive relationships with various stakeholders, and are committed to maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.
Essential requirements:
- Current NSW Class C Driver License.
- Completion of, or willingness to obtain, canine microchipping certification.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated NSW region.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including potential overnight stays.
- Successful completion of required probity and conflict of interest checks.
