About Us
We are currently seeking experienced Panel beaters to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our renowned automotive repair shop. If you possess a passion for automotive restoration, exceptional craftsmanship and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to identity repair requirements
· Performing panel straightening, welding, and filling to repair body damages
· Removing dents, scratches and other imperfections using appropriate tools and techniques
· Replacing or repairing damaged panels and parts as per manufacturer specifications
· Aligning and fitting repaired panels to ensure a seamless finish
· Priming, sanding, and painting repaired areas to match the vehicle’s original finish
· Conducting quality checks to ensure repairs meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety
· Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
· Maintaining a clean and organised workplace to promote safety and efficiency
· Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
Qualification and Skills Required:
· Minimum of three years relevant work experience
· Relevant certifications/trade qualifications highly regarded
· Proficiency in using various panel repair tools and equipment
· Familiarity with vehicle manufacturer specifications and repair guidelines
· Strong attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to prioritse tasks and manage time efficiently
