An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician. This position is located in Campbellfield VIC.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor your role will include:
- Coordinating & completing preventative maintenance practices
- Attend to breakdowns and conduct necessary repairs
- Mechanical & basic electrical fault-finding & repair
- Exposure to pneumatics, Hydraulic and electronic components
- Ability to work with High pressure waterjet machine (KMT)
- Administration duties e.g. updating maintenance logs, reporting all breakdowns maintenance issue to supervisor
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards, while working as part of a small but effective team
- Ability to take ownership of tasks given by the supervisor until completion, take pride & care in your work
- When breakdowns or repairs are not required to be attend you will be required to operate semi-automated production machines
Licenses and experience required:
- Victorian Driver’s License
- Forklift License
- Elevated Work Platform License
- Welding & fabrication experience
- Qualified Fitter and Turner or other relevant Trade Qualification is required
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar or equivalent role
