We are seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support end users, resolve technical issues, and contribute to a stable IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end users (onsite, phone, email, and remote).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Windows operating systems and basic software applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
- Assist with Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, access management).
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Perform system updates, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
- Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset tracking.
Pay: $5,500.00 – $6,000.00 per month
