The Role
Disability Innovation Services has multiple casual vacancies for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients both in-home and in the community across the Geelong region. We are looking for a support worker who can offer a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least 3 weekdays and who are available to work sleepover shifts.
As a Support Worker, you will provide direct, hands-on support, promote client independence, and work collaboratively with families, clinicians, and service partners.

Mandatory Requirements
- National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Worker Induction)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Formal qualification in Disability, Health, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
Pay & Conditions (SCHADS Award)
- Paid under the SCHADS Award
- Classification: Home Care Employee – Disability Support (Schedule E)
- Hourly rate typically ranges from $32.88 to $43+ depending on experience, qualifications, and pay point
- Applicable penalty rates, overtime, and allowances paid in line with the SCHADS Award
- Superannuation paid as per legislation
