We’re seeking a Content Manager to that will be responsible for strengthening Selleys’ voice with both professional and consumer audiences. The Content Manager will lead the planning, production, and optimisation of high-quality, audience-led content at scale. This role will significantly ramp up Selleys’ content output to ensure meaningful engagement across DIY and Trade journeys, connecting brand, product, and application storytelling across all touchpoints while delivering efficiently through strong processes, partners, and hands-on creation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and deliver content strategies and frameworks that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion

Scale high-quality content production, managing end-to-end delivery across agencies and creators

Create engaging content hands-on (copy, video, how-to, digital assets) across multiple channels

Improve efficiency through content systems, technology, and AI-driven solutions

Own social channel performance, including planning, publishing, and optimisation

Use data and insights to test, optimise, and improve content performance
-
Partner with Digital to enhance SEO, CRO, and overall content effectiveness

Manage campaign budgets and deliver strong ROI through data-led decisions

What We’re Looking for
-
Degree-qualified in Marketing (or similar) with experience in a content management or content delivery role

A proactive self-starter who brings ideas to life - comfortable moving from concept through to execution

Strong end-to-end content production capability, including copywriting, video editing, and visual/content creation tools

Highly organised with proven project management discipline, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on efficiency, speed, and quality output

Confident communicator with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across teams

Working knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles, including audience segmentation, personas, journey mapping, and lifecycle management
