We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month max-term contract, working 3 days per week (22.8 hours). Reporting to the Development & Capability Manager, you will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, diversity and inclusion, and organisational effectiveness across our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys designing and delivering impactful people programs while partnering closely with leaders to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.
What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, delivery and analysis of our annual Employee Engagement Survey and associated action plans.
- Develop and implement initiatives that support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
- Design and facilitate workshops focused on leadership capability, performance, engagement and succession planning.
- Create and deliver leadership development programs and learning experiences across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify organisational development opportunities and practical solutions.
- Provide specialist organisational development and organisational psychology advice to leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of key people initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and business performance.
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology or a similar specialist role.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, workshops and people initiatives.
- Ability to balance best-practice thinking with practical, commercial outcomes.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups within a multi-site or geographically dispersed environment.
