Restaurant Supervisor – Hurricane’s Grill (Brighton Le Sands)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hurricane’s Grill, Brighton Le Sands. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a positive “can-do” attitude, strong leadership capability, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the team to deliver high service standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 15–40 staff members
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
- Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
- Maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Handling basic administrative and communication tasks effectively
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of food and wine
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Valid RSA certification
Requirements
- Full-time position
- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa permitting full-time work
