In this role you will be required to produce a high volume of cocktails, ensuring that this space is clean and well organised, liaising with management and other bartenders to ensure a professional and efficient service. We are looking for an individual who is looking for a potential to move into a supervisory position. We are hoping for someone who is an enthusiastic all-rounder with an exceptional work ethic to move across different aspects of the business when required including supporting our host and floor staff.
Currently we have 25-30 hours on offer including evenings and Saturdays.
Successful Candidates must have:
· Australian working rights
· Minimum 1 year experience working in bars/ restaurants
· Experience as a host or floor staff in addition to bar experience is desirable
Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve beverages to customers, including following bar recipes to serve a high volume of cocktails
· Maintain bar cleanliness and order
· Re-stock as required, informing management when lock on certain stock items
· Support other bar staff to enable a professional and efficient service
· Move across the venue to support where there is a greatest need, including hosting and floor responsibilities
