About the Role
Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead an established After School Care service located on the grounds of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Matraville.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who enjoys leading a team, building strong relationships with families and schools, and creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children.
As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, mentoring educators, supporting program delivery and ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily operations of the After School Care service
- Supervise, mentor and support educators in their daily practice
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children
- Develop and deliver educational and recreational programs
- Maintain accurate attendance records, bookings and compliance documentation
- Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community
- Support the values, mission and ethos of the Catholic community
- Ensure all child safety, supervision and compliance requirements are met
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience in Outside School Hours Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A warm, friendly and professional approach
- Excellent organisation and reliability
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Completed, or be willing to complete, mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO
- Current and valid working rights in Australia
