In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals and families navigating complex social, emotional, and practical challenges within a mental health setting. Essential Criteria
- Bachelor of Social Work degree or equivalent qualification

Current eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or equivalent professional body

Minimum 4 years' experience post-graduation

Demonstrated mental health experience

Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention strategies at an advanced level

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and independently as required

Proficiency in case management and documentation practices

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex situations

Provide clinical supervision to P1 social workers
