We're looking for experienced Baristas who are passionate about coffee, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Location: Ariel's Corrimal Park Mall
Hours: Flexible morning and daytime shifts
20–40 hours per week
Casual or Part-time (with the opportunity for permanent employment)
About the Role
- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee to Ariel's & Campos standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
- Work closely with the team during busy service periods
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy cafe
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Available for early morning starts and weekend shifts
