Forward Transport is looking for an experienced HR licensed Truck Driver to join us full-time, permanent. CV licence or crane truck experience? Big advantage — and paid accordingly.
Start time: Between 5:00-6:00 AM
Pay: $36–$48/hr + 12% super
Rate depending on experience and licence class, plus performance-based bonuses and penalty rates for additional hours
What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate rigid 8–12 tonne trucks across Perth metro and same-day regional routes
- Load, transport and unload freight in line with company procedures
- Operate crane trucks where licensed (CV holders)
- Perform pre-start and post-trip inspections and report defects
- Maintain accurate delivery records, run sheets and vehicle logs
- Follow all road rules, fatigue laws and company safety protocols
- Use chains and load restraints (training provided if required)
What We're Looking For
- Current HR licence with minimum 2 years' experience
- CV licence and/or crane truck experience highly valued
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offences
- Current heavy vehicle medical certificate
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Forklift licence and MSIC highly regarded
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
