What you will do

Conduct inventory cycle counts to drive the execution of Inventory KPI across AIC and Field Services.

Analyse, document, and resolve inventory variances to align physical and system inventory.

Driving root cause analysis of inventory variances and provide corrective actions where necessary.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for cycle count trends and improving visibility on inventory management.

Support ERP testing to ensure smooth transition of changes to BAU with minimal disruptions.

Participate in inventory audits with our internal and external financial business partners as needed.

Manage timely inventory transactions & Adhoc inventory management tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Perform physical and system disposition of obsolete and excess Inventory as required.

Actively engage in continuous improvement and optimisation of inventory systems and processes to transform our inventory operational performance.

Actively engage with safety initiatives and promote a safety culture across the site fully complying to site safety regulations and displaying diligence during operational tasks.

What we are looking for

3+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management

Valid forklift license preferred but not essential

Strong attention to detail and data analysis

Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is helpful but not essential

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Flexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
