We combine premium formalwear with fast, reliable fulfilment and exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Order Picker & Fulfilment Associate to join our Marrickville warehouse team.
Working Hours
The role operates Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
Hours will generally range from 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on business demand. Applicants should be available to work closer to 40 hours per week during our peak season from September to December.
There is no regular weekend work.
The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse and fulfilment role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working accurately and contributing to a close-knit team.
You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from clothing racks and storage areas
- Pack orders neatly and securely for dispatch
- Check all items, sizes and order details before shipping
- Assist with restocking, returns processing and inventory organisation
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
- Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily fulfilment targets
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required
About You
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing or fulfilment experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in completing work properly
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and committed to scheduled shifts
- Physically capable of standing, walking and moving stock throughout the day
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Available to work increased hours during the September to December peak season

Pay: $33.05 per hour
