The Role
Key focus of this role will include the delivery of exception guest experience, timely drink delivery to standard, and best practise around beverage operations, including stock management, wastage cleanliness of the bar area.
- Deliver high-quality beverage and coffee service while creating a consistently welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain strong Health, Safety, and Environmental awareness, reporting hazards and managing risks in line with policy.
- Communicate proactively with management regarding shortages and operational needs.
- Foster a positive team culture by embodying company values, building community relationships, and supporting junior staff during service.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a high-volume venue
- Available to work Full-time
- Coffee experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge and guest engagement skills
- A team player committed to personal and professional growth
