What You Will Own
End-to-End Design Leadership
Lead furniture design projects from initial concept through to production and market launch — balancing innovation, manufacturability and commercial success at every stage.
Manufacturing Collaboration
Work directly with our vertically integrated manufacturing teams to develop, refine and realise products — translating ideas into sketches, CAD models, prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Stakeholder Communication
Present ideas clearly and confidently to senior leadership and key stakeholders — managing competing priorities while maintaining project momentum and product vision.
Cross-Functional Contribution
Work closely with Design, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing teams — driving projects forward by influencing upwards, across the business and within project teams.
Who You Are
You will likely come from a furniture, industrial or product design background — ideally with direct exposure to manufacturing environments and end-to-end product development. What matters most is your design instinct, your commercial awareness, and your restlessness toward accepting the everyday.
You are a furniture or product designer with strong instincts, manufacturing fluency and the drive to see your work through from concept to launch.
- 5+ years' experience in furniture, industrial or product design
- A strong eye for design, proportion, detail, materials and contemporary living
- Strong design judgement with the confidence to make informed decisions and maintain momentum
- Proficient in CAD software — able to develop, communicate and refine design solutions throughout the product development process
- Solid understanding of industrial design processes, manufacturing methods and product development methodologies
- Able to move quickly without compromising quality or attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable managing upwards, downwards and across an organisation
- Collaborative, approachable and highly effective in cross-functional teams
- Willing to travel to manufacturing facilities and suppliers as required
