Nyngan, NSW, and we’re looking for experienced
Haul Truck Operators to join our production team.

About the Role
As a Haul Truck Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy haulage equipment to support daily production requirements.
Working as part of a close-knit production team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining safe operations, achieving production targets and ensuring equipment is operated and cared for to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating CAT 777 haul trucks in a production mining environment
- Completing pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Reporting equipment faults, defects and operational issues
- Operating safely in accordance with site procedures and operating standards
- Working to daily production targets while maintaining a strong focus on equipment care
- Communicating effectively with Supervisors, Dispatch and fellow operators
- Maintaining good housekeeping and operator care of equipment
- Contributing to a positive, safety-focused team environment
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience operating haul trucks in a mining environment
- Experience operating CAT 777 haul trucks or similar-sized equipment is required
- Relevant RII competencies and/or verifiable operating history
- Strong understanding of safe operating practices and risk management
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel to site and work a 7/7 roster
- Ability to meet all site access and pre-employment requirements
