We’re a new but busy café in Bayswater, very close to the train station, looking for two café all-rounders who can make a very decent coffee.
We’re a very community-focused café. We know a lot of our customers by name, we know their usual orders, and we genuinely enjoy having a relationship with the people who come in every day. We want to keep it that way, so we’re looking for someone warm, friendly and naturally good with people.
You don’t need to be a competition barista, but you must be confident on the machine and able to pour basic latte art — at minimum, a solid heart and rosetta.
This is a genuine all-rounder role, so you’ll be doing a bit of everything:
- making coffee
- serving customers at the till
- running food and drinks
- dishwashing
- cleaning
- helping with basic prep
- and doing whatever else is needed to keep the café running smoothly
