We're a beachside café right on Wanda Beach, Cronulla, looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to lead our floor and keep service running smoothly across our trading hours.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, makes great coffee, and can lead a team from the front. Our hours are 6am to 2pm, so there are no late nights.
What you'll do:
- Run day-to-day shift and floor operations
- Lead, train and support the barista and floor team
- Open and/or close the venue, handle cash and end-of-day reconciliation
- Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier deliveries
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Keep service quality and the customer experience high during peak periods
What we're looking for:
- Previous café supervisory or senior barista experience
- Strong, high-volume espresso/coffee skills
- A natural leader who stays calm and organised under pressure
- Availability across weekends, public holidays and early mornings
- Reliable, punctual and genuinely hands-on
