About the Role
Veloura Beauty is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team during the Royal Adelaide Show. This is a fast-paced retail role where you’ll help customers discover our waterproof jewellery and beauty products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Demonstrate and explain Veloura Beauty products.
- Assist customers in selecting products and creating gift bundles.
- Achieve daily sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked display.
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory throughout the day.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Follow all event, workplace health and safety, and cash handling procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident approaching and engaging with customers.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays during the event.
