The part-time role
As a Sales Assistant at our Craigieburn store, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success.
This position offers variety with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays; approximately 15-25 hours per week.
At Snooze, you will
Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
Provide customers with expert sleep solutions
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand
Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor
Champion store presentation and operational standards
You already come with the following
Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
Natural relationship-building skills
Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals
