Thread & Tumble is a commercial laundry based in Tweed Heads South, servicing local businesses, Airbnb hosts and residents. We manage high volumes of linen, towels and clothing delivering fresh perfectly folded laundry with every order.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team 2–3 days a week between the time frame of 7am–5pm for a minimum of 5hrs per day on Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday.
This role suits someone who is hands on but also confident working as a team, taking responsibility for workflow, working with management, ensuring quality control and staying organised during busy periods.
Key Duties
- Sorting, stain removal, washing, drying, ironing, folding and packaging
- Monitoring laundry quality and presentation before dispatch
- Managing workflow and prioritising orders to meet deadlines
- Using our app for job tracking and updates (basic tech skills required)
- Assisting with stock awareness and maintaining a tidy workspace
Must be physically fit with no injuries and able to lift laundry bags. Full training provided.
