We are an exciting new Japanese restaurant combined with a takeaway shop, opening this coming Early August in North Turramurra. We are seeking responsible, team-oriented, and long-term staff to join our founding team for both Kitchen and Front of House (FOH) positions.
Shift & Working Hours
- Split Shift Structure: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM & 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM (2-hour break, lunch provided.
Available Positions & Requirements
1. Kitchen Staff (Full-time / Part-time)
- Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking Japanese hot food (Donburi, Tempura, etc.).
- Requirements: Previous experience in Japanese hot food is required.
- Preferred: Experience in Nigiri and Sashimi is a plus (highly regarded).
2. Front of House (FOH)
- Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and managing takeaway sales during lunch shifts (as we operate a combined restaurant and takeaway shop).
- Requirements: Friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
