About the Role
As the Chief Medical Registrar, you will provide senior leadership in the coordination, support and advocacy of the junior medical workforce across the organisation, while contributing to high-quality clinical care.
This role combines advanced clinical practice with dedicated responsibilities in medical workforce leadership and management, comprising 0.5FTE clinical or research duties (to be arranged by the successful applicant) and 0.5FTE within the Medical Workforce and Education Service.
You will work closely with clinical teams and the Medical Workforce and Education Service to support the effective planning, coordination and day-to-day management of the junior medical workforce, contribute to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives and support teaching, supervision and professional development activities.
