Sushi Chef
Hours: 4:00am – 4:00pm (rotating shifts within this range)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and a commitment to quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting, slicing and filleting a variety of fresh fish
- Preparing traditional Japanese-style sushi rice
- Creating and presenting a range of sushi dishes
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times
Requirements:
- Full-time working rights in Australia
- Fluent English communication skills
- Previous experience in sushi preparation or professional kitchen work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
