Backed by Viva Leisure, Australia's second-largest fitness company, Supp Society is entering an exciting period of growth. We're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead one of our flagship locations and play a key role in shaping the brand's future.

- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve outstanding results.
- Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
- Deliver ongoing training and feedback to support individual and team success.
- Manage rostering and staffing to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead by example in providing personalised and knowledgeable customer service.
- Help customers find the right products to support their fitness, health, and lifestyle goals.
- Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and expert advice.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives.
- Drive strong commercial outcomes while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to a premium level.
- Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- 2–3 years' experience in retail or customer service, including leadership or management experience.
- Previous experience within the supplement, fitness, wellness, or health retail industry highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements, and fitness products.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Product knowledge or training within sports supplements, nutrition, or nutraceuticals highly regarded.
