Comcut Group is an award-winning signage and engineering company located in Sydney’s North West (Mulgrave). We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. You will be a team leader and be involved in the co-ordination, manufacture and installation of all aspects of signage. The Position requires you to:
- Be hands on in manufacture
- Have a background in fabrication
- Have knowledge in all aspects of signage manufacturing, including areas such as pylon signs digital printing, plastic and metal fabrication, and LED signs
- Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and supervise the production processes
- Have Flexi sign or Sign based programs experience
- Have a sound knowledge of sign installation methods and to ensure staff follow the necessary safety regulations
- Develop and manage processes and systems
- Have the ability to lead a team and mentor other team members
- Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication
- Highly organised and process driven
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
The following would be highly regarded with knowledge in:
- Welding skills
- CNC router operation
- EWP licence
