We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Scheduling Team Leader to lead a close-knit team of three Coordinators in our Mandurah office and ensure our clients receive timely, high-quality support.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day scheduling and service delivery, while coaching and developing your team to perform at their best. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate client and caregiver records and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for everyone we support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Services / Care Coordinators to deliver high-quality, client-centred services.
- Oversee daily rostering and scheduling to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery for clients and Caregivers.
- Ensure responsive, professional communication with clients and Caregivers, resolving issues within appropriate timeframes
- Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and contribute to ongoing development and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate records and manage compliance across client management systems, payroll inputs, and invoicing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, reporting, and a positive, high-performing team environment.
About you

Proven experience in rostering, with strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award, preferably within the aged care and/or disability sector.

Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and motivate a small team to achieve outcomes.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and clients.

Technically capable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and interpret data.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Adaptable and resilient, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
