Arthur has entered an exciting new chapter. Following a full renovation throughout June, the restaurant has welcomed a refreshed look, updated concept and renewed energy. We're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join the team and help shape the future of Arthur.
Nestled on a leafy corner of Bourke Street in Surry Hills, Arthur is a warm and welcoming restaurant celebrating Australian produce, growers and makers. Paired with a thoughtful beverage program focused on Australian wine and producers, our dining experience is relaxed, refined and deeply connected to the people behind what we serve.
We are currently seeking experienced Waitstaff and Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
About You
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- Passion for hospitality and genuine guest service
- Strong food, wine and/or cocktail knowledge, or a desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
