The Role
Grand Hyatt Melbourne has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the team as Assistant Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and supporting a Human Resources Coordinator, this role encompasses a broad range of operational Human Resources responsibilities. The Human Resources function focuses on payroll management, Human Resources systems administration, Occupational Health & Safety, recruitment, employee relations and associate engagement, with a strong focus on compliance, continuous improvement and supporting the evolving needs of the hotel.
