Details: Lead the development of strategic initiatives that build organisational capability and promote the inclusive workplace culture we all want to be a part of!
This role leads a team supporting the Directorate’s workforce of approximately 1,500 staff on matters relating to learning and development, workforce culture, diversity and inclusion and workforce data insights.
To be a strong contender for this role you will be a strategic thinker with sound stakeholder management and communication skills, and an ability to take a risk-based, pragmatic approach and to drive key strategic initiatives.
You will design and deliver a range of projects, programs and initiatives that contribute to organisational and whole of government priorities. You will be supported to work flexibly, with the expectation that you work in the office up to two days a week, on days of your choice having regard for operational requirements and will be surrounded by a great team.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Qualifications in a Human Resources and/or Organisational Development discipline will be well regarded
