We are looking for a passionate Certificate III-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our supportive Early Learning Centre in Pagewood, NSW.
This is a full-time, permanent position for an educator who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to build a long-term career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator / Childcare Educator, you will work alongside Room Leaders and your team to provide high-quality education and care for children.
You will:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assist with implementing engaging early childhood education programs
- Create safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environments
- Support daily routines, activities and learning experiences
- Assist with observations and educational documentation
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Early Childhood Educators
- Follow the EYLF, NQF and NQS
About You
We are looking for a Certificate III Educator who is:
- Certificate III-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Passionate about children, early learning and child development
- Reliable, positive and committed
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Eager to learn and develop within the early childhood sector
