About the role
Provide advanced clinical services as a Senior Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist within the Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS) Therapy Service. This role focuses on delivering formulation-driven psychological and psychosocial interventions to consumers of public mental health services whose behaviours place themselves or others at risk of harm. Working within a consultation-liaison model, you will support recovery-focused outcomes while addressing complex forensic and behavioural needs.
You will work collaboratively with treating teams to provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention planning, and risk management support for consumers with complex mental health presentations. The role also involves building workforce capability through consultation, mentoring, training, and clinical leadership, while contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of forensic mental health services.

Support the development of clinicians through education, mentoring, supervision, and training activities
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, research, and the advancement of forensic mental health practice
