We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a mature, reliable, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, communicates confidently, and takes initiative. We are looking for someone who can become an integral part of our team and help ensure our patients receive outstanding service and care.
About the Role
- Part-time position: 2–3 days per week
- Hours: 9:00am–3:00pm
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Following up recalls and reactivation calls
- Organising and prioritising administrative tasks
- Assisting with team communication and workflow
- Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

- Comfortable using Excel, desktop applications, and practice management software
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

- Previous dental reception experience
- Experience with dental software
- Previous customer service, medical, or allied health reception experience
