Our Opportunity
We are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on integrity, honesty and accountability. We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our energetic team. The position plays a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process.
The diverse role holds responsibilities that includes but is not limited to:
- Support and monitor project & site management activities: Take charge by assisting with project co-ordination and subcontractor management activities.
- Program preparation & administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective scheduling.
- Site-based execution: Assist in quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance reporting and manage QA’s (Quality Assurance sheets).
- Health & safety advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all works are completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
The position is a full time-permanent role, that requires regular travel to our project sites throughout NSW.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
To be considered for this unique opportunity; you would have recently completed your degree in Civil Engineering and may have 6-12 months experience working in a graduate Civil Engineering role.
Additionally, they you possess the following:
- A solid commitment to get things done
- Strong numeric aptitude
- You take pride in your work with details and results-oriented
- Enjoy working at a fast pace with completing deadlines
- Are adaptable, with a robust attitude to change
- Solid computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Australian Driver's License
The suitable candidate will be required to work from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.
