YOUR MISSION
National Pharmacies runs on JD Edwards, and we need a technical leader to ensure best practice implementation and integration. As JDE Administration Manager, you'll be the platform's chief custodian, responsible for the resiliency, security, performance and roadmap of our JDE environment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
You'll design the integrations that connect JDE to the rest of our business, build the automations that keep data flowing cleanly, and give our executive team the reporting visibility they need from our true source of truth for product, pricing and performance. Reporting directly to the CIO, you'll lead a mix of internal database, SQL and integration resources alongside our JDE consulting and managed services partners.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Platform governance: set the technical standards, version control and change management practices across production and non-production JDE environments, and lead every upgrade, patch and deployment (with proper testing and rollback)
Resiliency and performance: run proactive housekeeping, tuning and maintenance windows, and get ahead of technical debt and integration fragility before it becomes a problem
Integration architecture: design and build automations and integrations across internal and external systems, owning our data interfacing standards, error handling and logging frameworks
Technical administration: manage environments, ESUs, package builds, path codes, UDC tables and processing options across dev, test and production
People and vendors: lead your internal team and hold third-party vendors to their KPIs and contractual commitments, with clear reporting and escalation to the CIO
Skills and Experiences:
WHAT YOU BRING
Deep JD Edwards expertise across platform administration, environment management, patching and package deployment, ideally on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment
Integration and automation know-how: hands-on experience designing multi-system data movements, SQL scripting, stored procedures and observability/error-handling frameworks
Technical leadership: a track record managing internal technical teams and holding external vendors accountable to KPIs
A governance mindset: comfortable owning standards, documentation and change control in a complex, business-critical environment
Stakeholder confidence: the ability to translate technical risk and roadmap into clear reporting for a CIO and executive audience
