About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses, and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and education
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build strong relationships with referral partners including GPs
- Contribute to service development, education initiatives, and community engagement
About You
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation
- Community-based physiotherapy experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently within community settings
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Current driver's licence
- Passion for aged care and supporting clients in the home environment
- Australian citizen or permanent resident status required
