About the Role
As a Cocktail Waiter, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding table service, showcasing our beverage offerings, and working closely with our bar and floor teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages to tables
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, cocktails, wine, and promotions
- Assist with table maintenance and venue presentation
- Process payments and handle POS transactions
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or hospitality venue
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for food, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team focus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA certificate (essential)
