Join Stockland Halcyon at Halcyon Providence as a full‑time permanent Labourer, supporting the Residential Construction team to deliver safe, high‑quality communities. This is a practical, on‑site role where your contribution supports day‑to‑day site operations, quality presentation and a positive experience for home buyers, subcontractors and internal teams.
We’re Looking For…
Labourer who is reliable, safety‑focused and motivated to contribute to a well‑organised residential construction site. Working closely with the Site Supervisor and construction teams, you will play a key role in maintaining site standards, supporting logistics and ensuring sites are prepared, clean and safe.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out general labouring and construction housekeeping duties including site cleaning, road clearance, rubbish removal and material management.
- Prepare and clean job sites and completed homes to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Support site operations by receiving supplier deliveries, relocating equipment and materials, and assisting with general on‑site and off‑site duties as required.
- Maintain tidy, professional environments through scheduled office cleans and ongoing site upkeep.
- Demonstrate and reinforce a strong safety culture, including compliance with WHS legislation, site fencing requirements and Stockland policies and procedures.

You are reliable, proactive and take pride in contributing to the team. You value working safely, enjoy being part of a collaborative environment and are motivated by maintaining organised, efficient and high‑quality construction sites.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in a residential or commercial construction on‑site environment is highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of basic site safety and safe work practices.
- Ability to use a range of basic hand tools to complete practical site tasks.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and home buyers.
- Bobcat licence is highly regarded and First Aid certification is beneficial but not essential.
