About the role
As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

Retail management experience.

A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team

Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.

Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
