● Actively contributing to the planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of administrative and logistical services, establishing priorities and operational standards that support the efficient functioning of the import and distribution business.
● Coordinating the effective allocation of personnel, physical space, and material resources to ensure smooth operations across receiving, warehousing, dispatch, and customer service functions.
● Delegating specific tasks to administrative and operational staff and closely monitoring their performance to ensure daily and long-term objectives are met.
● Overseeing the maintenance of commercial, financial, and logistical records, including accounts payable and receivable, customs documentation, and inventory reports.
● Maintaining regular communication with suppliers, customs agents, freight companies, and other external professionals to facilitate business operations and resolve any issues within the importation and distribution processes.
● Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of office equipment, IT systems, furniture, and necessary supplies to support daily commercial activities.
● Verifying that workplace conditions comply with current occupational health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and compliant environment for all employees.
● Ensuring that all administrative, commercial, and logistical operations adhere to applicable legislation, as well as the company’s internal policies and external trade regulations.
● Coordinating key aspects of human resources management, including staff recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll processing, training programs, and overall supervision of team members.
