Our client, an Australian leading ladder specialist, is seeking a motivated Assembler/ Factory Hand to join their production team in Brendale. With more than 20 years of industry success, they manufacture high-quality ladders trusted by tradies and professionals across Australia.

What's On Offer
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Early 6:00am start- 2pm finish. (great work life balance)
- $33.38 - $35 per hour

The Role
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, your duties will include:
- Drilling, sawing and riveting components
- Assembling ladders and related products
- Operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or factory environments
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to perform physically demanding work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
