About the Role
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis at our Scarborough community.
Every shift is a chance to create meaningful moments — supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and connection.
In This Role You Will:
Provide personal care with empathy, respect, and genuine warmth
Support daily living, mobility, meals, and emotional wellbeing
Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents and families
Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Observe and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
Promote independence, choice, and person‑centred care
Follow clinical procedures and Aged Care Quality Standards
Skills and Experiences:
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or relevant qualification — essential
Previous aged care experience
A caring, compassionate, positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to quality care
Physical capability to meet role requirements
Requirements
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current right to work in Australia
COVID‑19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
