Teacher – Full Time or Part Time (3 days per week)
Mansfield Autism Statewide Services (MASS) is an independent not-for-profit organisation delivering innovative education and support programs for autistic children and young people. We support individuals from infancy through to adulthood through personalised, strengths-based programs designed to build independence, inclusion and meaningful outcomes.
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our school team in a full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week for part time), ongoing position.
Teachers at Mansfield Autism are responsible for:
- Delivering engaging, individualised learning programs in a specialist autism setting
- Supporting the education, wellbeing and development of students aged 5 to 18 years
- Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, including families, support staff and allied health professionals
- Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recognised tertiary teaching qualifications
- Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Experience working with students with Autism (or strong interest in this area)
- The ability to develop and deliver individualised learning programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating safe, supportive and inclusive learning environments
Special Education qualifications or experience are highly regarded.
