About the Role:
East Coast Apprenticeships is seeking a motivated and reliable Painting Apprentice to join a professional team in Hervey Bay.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of the painting and decorating trade while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You will gain hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, patching, and masking
- Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray techniques
- Assist with interior and exterior painting projects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience:
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
