The Royal Hotel Nundah is a vibrant community venue offering something for everyone. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue by:

Opening and closing the venue.

Leading, motivating and supporting the team during busy service periods.

Coaching, training and developing team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Driving shift performance while maintaining high service, presentation and compliance standards.

Supporting venue profitability through labour management and operational efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, licensing requirements and gaming regulations.

Leading from the floor and creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

At least 1 year's experience as a Duty Manager or in a more senior hospitality leadership role.

Current RMLV and Approved Manager Licence.

Strong food & beverage knowledge with experience in gaming operations.

A hands-on leadership style and a passion for developing people.

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

The ability to remain calm and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment.
