About the Role: As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure all non-critical facilities work services are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and soft services, providing support to the client Property Managers regarding maintenance, repairs and investment plans.
You will be reporting to Senior Facilities Manager and be part of FM team looking after ANZ region.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repairs by working with client, technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Directly communicate with landlord, tenants, and service providers to deliver necessary services, while ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are implemented.
Maintain positive client and end users relationship by prompt resolving of all facility issues.
Schedule PPM work orders and coordinate completion with all stakeholders involved.
Create and maintain accurate work orders for ad hoc jobs, work proposals, collect supporting files submitted by vendors and archive accordingly.
Support procurement processes starting with quote reviewing, obtaining approvals, PO creation and invoicing process completion.
Support delivery of capital projects.
Compile sustainability data and provide accurate reporting and tracking.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
Adhere to environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Create and maintain good vendor relationships while maintaining quality assurance of delivered service.
Be available for weekend PPM services attendance to supervise vendors.
BMS alarm incidents notification response availability with FM team coordination.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with min 2 years of relevant experience on FC level. Facility Management certification preferred
An established understanding of FM work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
